Users can also handle payments, and access official reports securely. By using the platform, users agree to use it responsibly and only for legitimate sporting, administrative, or training purposes in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
2. User Accounts
Company users (Superadmins, Other Role Users) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their accounts. Athletes are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during registration and other system processes.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and features available on Shooterista are the exclusive property of Shooterista and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
4. Data Usage & Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
5. Limitation of Liability
Shooterista is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Payment & Refund Policy
A. Payment Terms
- All payments for services, registrations, or subscriptions made through the platform must be completed via the approved payment gateways integrated into the system.
- Users agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize the platform or its payment partners to process the payment for the selected services.
- Prices, fees, and applicable taxes will be displayed before the transaction is completed.
- Payments once made are recorded securely, and a digital receipt or invoice will be generated automatically for each transaction.
- The platform reserves the right to update its pricing structure or service charges at any time.
B. Refund Policy
- Once a registration or participation or service fee is paid, it is generally non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation or technical error in payment processing.
- In case of duplicate payment or transaction failure, users may request a refund by contacting by contacting club.
- The platform reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of user negligence, misuse, or violation of the Terms & Conditions.
